We are happy to accept most Returns within 30 days provided the item is new, unused, and in its original undamaged box/unopened retail packaging. If you wish to return an item you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.  Returns are at the expense of the buyer unless we have sent an incorrect item. We recommend sending on a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.  Do not stick tape or labels directly on to the box/retail packaging, as we will not refund spoiled items.  Use waterproof wrapping and secure with tape. We do not accept the return of some items on hygiene grounds for example gum shields and jocks.  Please contact us if you need to check if an item can be returned. We also do not accept the return of customized items for example personalised shirts, ice skates that have been sharpened or pads made to your size requirements.
