When an order cannot be completed immediately, it moves into Back Order status and you will be sent an email to let you know that we cannot fulfill your order in the usual time frame of 2-5 days.  At this point we ask you if you would like to continue with your order or have your funds returned to you.  If you decide that you want to wait for the product we will give you an estimated delivery date, based on the re-stocking date our suppliers have quoted.


Your order can only stay Open if the funds remain with us, pending completion of your order.  If you request a refund, then your order is automatically cancelled.
